Varsha has worked in environment sector for 10 years in Singapore. She has well travelled in Least Developed countries  (LDCs) in Asia and have ground level experiences with the local people .  

She also runs a social enterprise in Singapore and have built few toilets for the needy people in her home town in Northern India. 

She is an Earth Helper (Environmental volunteering programme in Singapore Environment Council), a community volunteer at National Environment Agency (NEA) Singapore and volunteer at “Restroom Association of Singapore”.

Varsha has graduated from Rotterdam School of Business, the Netherlands with Masters degree in Financial Management and has completed Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Assumption University of Thailand.
